Ernest George Maxfield married as his second wife FLORENCE MAE KEE, at Loveland, Weld County, Colorado, on 8 August 1935 (CO M). A karosene explosion seriously injured Florence (Kee) Maxfield and her mother on 10 July 1938. Florence died at Loveland, Colorado on 13 July 1938 (Greeley Tribune, 11 Jul 1938, p. 10; 13 Jul 1938).
Ernest George Maxfield died at Mount Vernon, Skagit County, Washington, on 17 November 1988 (SSDI; WA D)
