DONALD FREDERICK9 MAXFIELD was born at Nebraska on 3 April 1933 a son of George Frederick Maxfield and his wife Myrtle McManigal. He married on 20 May 1951 ANNE BELLE CAMPBELL.

Donald Frederick Maxfield and his wife Anna Belle Campbell had the following children:
